About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Consultant / Business Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will analyse business operations, identify areas for improvement, and deliver strategic and practical recommendations to enhance performance, efficiency, and profitability.

This role requires excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to evaluate complex business problems and deliver effective solutions.

Management Consultants & Analysts

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and performance metrics
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and present business strategies, operational models, and performance frameworks
  • Provide expert advice on business planning, management structures, and process improvement
  • Gather, interpret, and analyse data to support decision-making and performance monitoring
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and define project requirements
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, and presentations outlining findings and recommendations
  • Support the implementation of agreed solutions, monitoring progress and measuring outcomes
  • Advise clients or management on the economic, organisational, and operational impacts of recommended changes
  • Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Management Consultant, Business Analyst, or Risk Analyst
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
  • Proficiency in data analysis, business process mapping, and performance evaluation tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with management, staff, and clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines

Qualifications

Required: A degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Desirable Certifications:

PRINCE2 Six Sigma PMP CBAP
